Word Output Fields — Fixed to Approved Template

Word files preserve the approved template formatting (fonts, sizes, spacing, bullets and RTL/LTR) and use only the approved activity fields: Activity Code, Activity Name, Activity Description, Primary Group, Secondary Group, Activity Type, Activity Status, Regulating Entity, Applicable Legal Forms and notes, and Applicable License Types and notes. Dashboard-only relationship fields are not printed in Word.
